Meet Shannon, Marketing Executive

What was your first week like?

My first week was exciting and very informative, everyone that I met was tremendously friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I had great opportunities to meet people from different teams through my buddy, I was introduced to the CEO, COO, Data Teams and given an overall strong understanding of how everyone collaborates with each other within the office.

What are you most looking forward to whilst working with us?

I am really looking forward to getting to know everyone on the portfolio on a greater/more personal level. There’s such a fun and friendly environment in the office that makes me really excited to get to know everyone better on a more personal level and attending StocExpo together.

What do you do in your free time?

I love socialising and going out to eat to try new restaurants and cuisines, I am almost never home and like to keep myself busy with back-to-back plans with friends.

Are you excited to be on-site? What are you looking forward to when we go?

I am very excited for StocExpo, it will be great to see how everything comes together and what I will be creating next year! I am looking forward to gaining a better understanding of the industry and exhibitors.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I am a fully qualified Secondary School English Teacher! I completed my PGCE during the pandemic before returning to University to complete my MSc in International Business and Management.
