The production of industrial tanks involves high-level technologies and skills. There are many parameters to consider; market demands are increasingly pushing for quality, speed, and process economy. IMCAR’s long experience in manufacturing tank machines and equipment has allowed the company itself to improve not only the quality of processed products but also the technology of its machinery, all with the purpose of satisfying an increasing range of industries such as food and beverage, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, liquid gases up to aerospace, providing appropriate solutions to every need. In the present case, among the cutting-edge IMCAR technologies there is the vertical technology, which allows to reduce the production time and workspace; it lets reach high level of quality, standardization of the product, needing less specialization of employees and reduction in the number of operators involved. Especially, IMCAR Vertical Technology mainly consists of multiple stations plus a series of accessory machines up to a “turnkey” company. One station allows shell shaping, using coils or sheets, thanks to the bending, cutting, welding and welding cleaning processes; the following one allows circumferential welding between roof and shell and between shells through the alignment, welding, compression and welding cleaning processes. All the machines that make up the Vertical Technology are easy to move and adaptable to different workspace in the factory and with the possibility, through specific configurations, to work on site, also allowing the operator to always work safely at the same working height by forming the tank vertically.
Customization and development are the basis of every negotiation, sale and post-sale of this type of product as there is no standard, each Installation is something “tailor-made” for the customer, connecting our experience with his requests and knowledge of the final product.
