Casper Wassink became the president of KINT in 2021 and was on the board of KINT for 10 year prior to this. Under his leadership KINT is becoming an important driver of innovation, by promoting the development of consensus standards for new technologies. Several ISO standards, drafted by KINT members have already been published.
Eddyfi has been described as the Tesla of NDT. Casper’s main role is representing Eddyfi in standard and industry committees. He has extensive experience with the R&D and deployment of many advanced NDT methods, including Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing, Digital Radiography, Pulsed Eddy Current Testing and Guided Wave testing. Before working at Eddyfi, he worked at Applus RTD for many years, lastly as Chief Scientist.
Casper Wassink is an engineer, physicist and innovator. Casper holds an engineering degree in Applied Physics and obtained a PhD on the subject of Innovation Management from Delft University of Technology. He received multiple industry awards from organisations like ASME and ASNT.
