After completing a study mechanical engineering in 1991, he worked for a Dutch NDT company for 13 years. In this period he held roles of increasing importance from project management, product management and software development. He started his work on corrosion related NDT techniques in 1997. In 2006 he joined a large U.S. blue chip multinational where he held the position of senior product manager for the corrosion monitoring product lines (PIMS) until late 2012. After his role as general manager and owner of a service- and product development company for Guided Wave Tomography, Edwin joined Eddyfi Technologies in 2016 as a product manager for all MFL and UT related NDT inspection products from the Silverwing brand. Today Edwin is a Technical Specialist supporting multiple teams in Eddyfi Europe.
