To create such an environment means a whole different approach. This needs more understanding, involvement, trust, ownership and leadership. We need to see safety as a value!

I started in Facility Management, and I became a self-employed Safety professional after graduating as a senior safety expert (“HVK”) in 2010. Other qualifications are Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Lean black belt.
